The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Devitt shoots and misses
letting Lakatos counter with a right hand.
Tobias Lakatos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Devitt on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Lakatos catches Devitt with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Devitt takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Devitt drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Lakatos defends it well.
Devitt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Devitt.
Devitt finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Lakatos cracks Devitt on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Devitt falls backwards against the cage. Lakatos follows up with more strikes that drop Devitt to his knees. Lakatos keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Devitt! This one is all over!
