Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dzsoni Botos (ranked 4392 p4p, 4371 weight class) and Abdullah Moheed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moheed shoots in for a takedown but Botos shows good takedown defense.
Moheed shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Botos sprawls well. Botos wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Moheed gets slowly back to his feet.
Botos tries to counter with a takedown but Moheed is quick to defend against it.
Botos lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Abdullah Moheed has been cut.

Moheed lands a couple of good shots and Botos has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Moheed lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.
Moheed is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Moheed gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Moheed gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Moheed apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Moheed darts in looking for a takedown but Botos gets double underhooks and turns Moheed into the cage.
Dzsoni Botos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Abdullah Moheed.

Moheed is nestled in close to Botos, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Moheed moves into full mount! Botos won't be happy about that!
