Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 79 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 72 - 22 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter B leaves Fighter A with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks. Fighter A doesn't succeed with the takedown and Fighter B counters with a big head kick but Fighter A shrugs it off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fighter A fails with a takedown attempt. Fighter B counters with a body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Fighter A wants to control the action here but instead Fighter B manages to pass to full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Fighter B unloads with some shots from mount but Fighter A bucks and avoids them well.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Fighter B controlling from mount. Fighter B avoids the attempt from Fighter A to control. Fighter A holds on for dear life, controlling Fighter B's posture momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B content just to control the position here. Fighter A controls the position. Fighter B sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Fighter A is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Fighter B tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Fighter A manages to regain half guard. Good work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B not doing much here.

Xxx Xxx dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Fighter B fails with the takedown. Fighter A was covering up waiting for the punch and Fighter B finishes the takedown easily into guard. Fighter A can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fighter B controls the pace. Fighter A managing to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A is trying to keep Fighter B in close.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Fighter A looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Fighter B steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Fighter A shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Fighter B is trying to defend but Fighter A finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fighter B can do anything to dispel that myth. Fighter B keeping control of the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. That was a close second round but I would say that Xxx Xxx will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Fighter A is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Fighter A is really struggling to control Fighter B but he's trying to hold on to the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A looking for a sweep. Not yet Fighter A, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Fighter A trying to keep a closed guard but Fighter B is proving a slippery customer.
Fighter B postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Fighter A fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fighter B avoids it really well and circles away. Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks. Fighter B keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Fighter B flicks out a counter leg kick but Fighter A steps away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him.

And that's the end of the fight! Xxx Xxx comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fighter B has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
