Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nolan Millner!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Sergei Dronov and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LeSac tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Millner scoring well with a low kick there.
Millner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Millner attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Millner has hold of one of LeSac's legs. LeSac is fighting the takedown attempt but Millner gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Millner tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Millner has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
LeSac struggling a bit here.

Millner has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of LeSac's face.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
LeSac tries to hold on but Millner pushes him away.

Let's hope that Millner has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Nolan Millner just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Nolan Millner showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Millner is looking to slow LeSac down with leg kicks.
LeSac takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

and Millner counters with a nice low kick that buckles LeSac's knee momentarily.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Millner cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Well Millner has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
