And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peter throws a leg kick that is checked
letting Xhekaj counter with a right hand.
Peter keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Xhekaj.
Xhekaj looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Peter!
Xhekaj postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Xhekaj scores with a couple of short elbows.
Peter gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Xhekaj throwing shots but Peter is blocking nicely.
Xhekaj looks to land a strike but Peter avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Peter looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Peter is looking to stand up but Xhekaj isn't so interested in that idea.
Xhekaj is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Peter is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Xhekaj works over Peter with some ground and pound from guard.
Peter is still in real trouble! Can Xhekaj finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Xhekaj arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Peter's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
