The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fahrad connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lakatos. Lakatos circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Lakatos waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Fahrad .
Fahrad takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Lakatos just misses with a punch to the body.
Fahrad pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lakatos misses with a body shot.
Fahrad keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Lakatos.
Fahrad looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
No joy there for Lakatos, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lakatos goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Mohammed Fahrad has been cut.
Lakatos lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lakatos.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fahrad moves into range and connects with a jab.
Lakatos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fahrad displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lakatos throws out the jab.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Fahrad ! But no joy.
Lakatos cracks Fahrad with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lakatos scores with a nice right hand.

Fahrad is rocked!
Nice uppercut lands for Lakatos. That snapped Fahrad 's head back.
Fahrad is still on wobbly legs! Can Lakatos finish him?
Lakatos misses the jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lakatos steps in with a hook that catches Fahrad right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Lakatos follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Fahrad looks absolutely devastated.
