Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aoki Pikachu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mason Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pikachu.
Pikachu stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Knight.

Knight clinches up against the cage.

Knight gets control of Pikachu's arms and successfully pulls guard. Knight will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Knight looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pikachu is one step ahead there.

Pikachu postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Knight is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pikachu, into his guard.
Knight working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Pikachu has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Knight can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Knight slips nicely into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Knight throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Knight is looking to advance position but Pikachu won't allow it.
Pikachu really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Knight lands strikes from half guard.
Pikachu manages to get to full guard.
Pikachu will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Knight throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Pikachu works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Knight trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Pikachu is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Knight rolls with it to try and escape but Pikachu cranks on the arm and Knight is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
