The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teixeira swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Norman.
Norman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Teixeira can pounce on him.

As Norman looks to move away, Teixeira throws a big counter combo but Norman just gets out of the way.
Teixeira scores with a decent looking hook.
Thiago Teixeira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Teixeira lands a big head kick that sends Norman tumbling to the mat! Teixeira takes a step backwards and waves Norman back to his feet - he wants the finish!
