Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Okumura Satoshi (ranked 4317 p4p, 4356 weight class) and Cooper Neal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neal comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 3 Headed Goat kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Okumura Satoshi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cooper Neal! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Satoshi bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Satoshi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. You can see the frustration on Neal's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Check out the look on Satoshi's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Neal wants to control but Satoshi postures up. Satoshi moves into full mount! Satoshi with the ground and pound from mount. Satoshi working the ground and pound effectively.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Satoshi is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Neal has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Satoshi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Neal working to try and regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Satoshi looking to isolate an arm here. Neal doesn't see it coming and as Satoshi extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Satoshi!
