Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Triny Sutton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Phu Hoang!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sutton tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hoang sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sutton somewhat.
Sutton tries to keep at a distance but Hoang has taken the fight into the clinch.
Hoang is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Sutton can't fight it off and eventually Hoang manages to take the fight to the floor. Sutton looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sutton looking for subs off his back but Hoang has passed one foot through into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hoang is keen to just control but Sutton is a slippery customer.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hoang wants to pass the guard but Sutton is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sutton tries to get to full guard but Hoang has control of the leg.
Sutton wants to control but Hoang is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Sutton pushes Hoang off, looking to escape but Hoang dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Sutton is forced to tap! The fight is over!
