Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tapad Amiga (ranked 24330 p4p, 24150 weight class) and Rico Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tapad Amiga could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Rico Salvacion's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Amiga shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Salvacion sprawls well. Salvacion wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Amiga gets slowly back to his feet.

Salvacion shoots in but Amiga avoids the takedown attempt easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Horrible takedown attempt by Amiga or perhaps it was just good defense by Salvacion, which made it look bad.
Salvacion tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

That was a close round but I would say that Tapad Amiga will probably get the nod.

Well Salvacion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
