Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bryan White (ranked 5588 p4p, 2153 weight class) and Louis Princip (ranked 0 p4p, 284 weight class). Princip comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lord of This World by Black Sabbath kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Louis Princip has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bryan White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 31 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Louis Princip! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White feints a jab promting Princip to slip. White then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Princip slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. White throws a good cross that connects.
Princip shoots in and gets a takedown into White's guard. Princip wants to pass the guard but White is keeping the position. White is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Princip defends well. White is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Princip is aware though and is defending well. Princip trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Princip drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Princip jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Princip is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Princip avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Princip stands and throws White's legs to the side, diving into side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Princip tries for a kimura but White is defending well.

White manages to work his way to half guard, despite Princip's best efforts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. White looking for submissions from an awkward position here. White looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Princip is working for a kimura but White is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Princip is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Princip must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. White is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
White working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Princip doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Princip manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Princip slips nicely into half guard. White has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Princip. Oh but White has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Princip goes limp - he's gone! White jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
