The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thiago looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Thiago wanted to stand there but Itoshiki had control of the position.
Itoshiki is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Itoshiki lands some strikes from the bottom.

Thiago stays in close to Itoshiki's body and controls the position.

Itoshiki looking to control but Thiago is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Itoshiki prevents Thiago from getting the reversal.
Itoshiki has hold of Thiago's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Thiago manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Itoshiki cracks Thiago with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Thiago is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Itoshiki lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Itoshiki is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Thiago can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Itoshiki takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Thiago knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Itoshiki on the ground.
Thiago takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Itoshiki breaks from Thiago's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Itoshiki softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Thiago is out cold! Itoshiki jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
