Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maxwell Redmond (ranked 3189 p4p, 1776 weight class) and Jake Jones (ranked 387 p4p, 242 weight class). Jake Jones is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Maxwell Redmond!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jake Jones!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a hook.
Jones throws a jab when Redmond was well out of range.
Jones looks to land a right hand but Redmond moved out of range.

Jones rushes Redmond and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Redmond fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Redmond is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jones is defending well for now.

Jones throws a big uppercut that drops Redmond! More strikes from Jones and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Redmond lies dazed against the cage as Jones celebrates with his cornermen!
