Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rodney Wolford (ranked 2704 p4p, 5590 weight class) and Eric Winston (ranked 356 p4p, 578 weight class). Eric Winston will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rodney Wolford!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eric Winston!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolford throws a sloppy body shot
and Winston counters with a nice kick to the body.
A big left from Wolford misses.
Wolford looks to throw the jab but Winston is out of range.
Winston plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Wolford looks to land a right hand but Winston moved out of range.
Wolford shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wolford trying to control the action but Winston is working from the bottom.
Winston tries to roll over but Wolford keeps him under control.
Winston has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wolford is working away from the top position though.
Wolford tries to pass the half guard into mount. Winston knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wolford moves nicely into side control.
Winston wants to control but Wolford postures up.
We've been hearing that Wolford has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Wolford trying to control the position but Winston is working away.
Wolford wants to take a breather but Winston manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Wolford.
Winston throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Wolford controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Wolford has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Winston to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Wolford is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Winston pulls down on the head and he's put Wolford to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Eric Winston!
