Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Jaxon (ranked 4804 p4p, 4092 weight class) and Neal Robson (ranked 611 p4p, 569 weight class). Neal Robson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frank Jaxon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Neal Robson! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Lou da Vinci and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jaxon gets a double leg takedown into Robson's guard. Jaxon in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Jaxon is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Jaxon seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jaxon works over Robson with some ground and pound from guard. Robson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jaxon drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jaxon jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Jaxon distracts Robson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Jaxon won't allow Robson to sweep him here. Robson being controlled here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaxon scoring with punches to the head and body. Jaxon working some strikes from top position. Jaxon slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Jaxon has hold of Robson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Robson seems comfortable defending it but Jaxon has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Robson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Robson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Jaxon couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Frank Jaxon! An out of breath Frank Jaxon thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
