The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Needle moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Needle looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Needle is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Gonshiro shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Needle tries to counter by closing the distance.
Gonshiro fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Gonshiro tries for a takedown but Needle circles away easily
and Needle holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Gonshiro's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Needle is holding on here and Gonshiro must be using up a lot of energy. Needle has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Gonshiro gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
