Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Beto Ribeiro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Marco Peccati!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro scores with a hook.
It looks like Marco Peccati has been cut.
Ribeiro displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Peccati.
Ribeiro tries to counter by clinching up but Peccati breaks away and moves out of range.
Ribeiro definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ribeiro connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Peccati momentarily.
Peccati shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ribeiro defends it nicely.

Peccati looks for a takedown but Ribeiro sprawls well.
Beto Ribeiro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marco Peccati.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Peccati will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ribeiro feints with a jab and clips Peccati right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Peccati is sent crashing into the canvas and Ribeiro leaps in for the kill! Peccati tries to get to his feet but Ribeiro is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Peccati is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Beto Ribeiro!
