The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petric swings away with a body shot that misses
and Petric takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Ante Petric has been cut.
Petric scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

It looks like Demassive Thibodeaux has been cut.
Petric throws a jab when Thibodeaux was well out of range.
Petric looks to land a right hand but Thibodeaux moved out of range.
A little jabbing left from Thibodeaux on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Petric misses with a lunging right hand
and Thibodeaux counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Thibodeaux staying out of range there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Thibodeaux connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Thibodeaux takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Petric drops Thibodeaux with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Thibodeaux looks back up at him and smiles so Petric waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Thibodeaux is rocked!

Petric lands a big uppercut and Thibodeaux crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Thibodeaux looks OK. Petric waves Thibodeaux back to his feet!

That has opened up Demassive Thibodeaux's cut even more.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Thibodeaux walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Petric! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
