Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zurabi Vakhtangishvili (ranked 1115 p4p, 1347 weight class) and Bite Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 156 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson punishes Vakhtangishvili's body with a nice straight punch.
Tyson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tyson throws a jab but it's blocked by Vakhtangishvili.
Tyson works the jab nicely.

It looks like Zurabi Vakhtangishvili has been cut.
Tyson cracks Vakhtangishvili with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Vakhtangishvili rushes Tyson and presses him up against the cage.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Tyson's coach down at Elite Island Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tyson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Vakhtangishvili has Tyson pushed against the cage.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Vakhtangishvili tries to work over Tyson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Vakhtangishvili trying to stall but Tyson improves his position.
Tyson manages to break the clinch.
Vakhtangishvili tries to clinch up but Tyson circles away and keeps his distance.
Tyson throws a combination. Vakhtangishvili tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tyson misses with a double jab.

Vakhtangishvili walks into a left hand.
Tyson throws a lazy right hand but Vakhtangishvili sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Vakhtangishvili tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tyson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tyson lands a jab to the nose.
Vakhtangishvili is rocked!
Zurabi Vakhtangishvili's cut is getting worse.
Tyson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Tyson counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
