Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Hanson (ranked 1414 p4p, 2607 weight class) and Kalle Kula (ranked 224 p4p, 388 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, David Hanson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Kalle Kula! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kula throws a lazy right hand but Hanson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Hanson looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Kula misses with a combination
and Hanson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Ground and pound from Hanson. Kula is looking to improve his position.
Hanson passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kula! Poor strikes thrown by Hanson there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Hanson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hanson wants to finish this one by submission but Kula is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hanson. Kula felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Kula wants to hold on but Hanson pushes him away. Kula is looking to improve his position but Hanson isn't that keen on the idea. Kula is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Kula is working to get back to half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kula is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hanson has hold of Kula's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kula manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Hanson lands a nice shot to the head. Hanson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Poor strikes thrown by Hanson there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Hanson with a couple of short strikes. Hanson swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
