Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dodge Schotel (ranked 2168 p4p, 2891 weight class) and Johny Handicks (ranked 285 p4p, 367 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Schotel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Inner Circle - Games People Play. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Handicks lands a really nice looking cross but Schotel seems unphased.
Handicks throws a right hand that misses
and Schotel counters with a straight right hand.
Johny Handicks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Handicks misses with a straight left.
Handicks throws the left hand but Schotel avoids the punch easily.

Handicks is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Schotel.
Schotel throws a counter high kick but Handicks was just alert enough to avoid it.
Handicks is still on wobbly legs! Can Schotel finish him?
The fighters circle, before Schotel throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Handicks's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Schotel lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
