Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Delta (ranked 2034 p4p, 1965 weight class) and Devon Black (ranked 265 p4p, 255 weight class). Devon Black is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Oscar Delta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Devon Black!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delta swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Black fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Black steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Delta.
Black now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Black jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Delta scores with a nice strike.
Black takes a swing at Delta's ribcage but misses.
Black throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Delta stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Oscar Delta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Black drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Black is standing up over Delta. Delta looks to escape but Black dives into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Black cracks Delta with a big right hand but Delta just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Delta is looking to regain half guard here but Black keeps moving and retains side control.
Delta looks to move to half guard but instead Black has passed into mount! Damn!
Delta is trying desperately to improve position.

Delta has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Black cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Delta tries to hold on but Black pushes him away.
Black takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Delta is looking to improve his position but Black isn't that keen on the idea.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Black working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Delta is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Black postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Delta in real trouble here! The ref calls for Delta to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
