The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orysbaeva connects with a body shot that sends Fujimoto's belly button to the back.
Fujimoto looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Fujimoto misses with a hook

and Orysbaeva counters with a single leg into guard. Fujimoto didn't expect that.
Orysbaeva trying to control the position from guard on top but Fujimoto is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Orysbaeva throws a big elbow that misses.
Fujimoto on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fujimoto tries to get out of the position.
Orysbaeva trying to control but Fujimoto is working from the bottom.
Fujimoto knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Orysbaeva on the ground.
Orysbaeva wants to stand but Fujimoto is controlling his posture from full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Orysbaeva throws a series of punches but Fujimoto moves out of range.
Orysbaeva fails to land the takedown.
Orysbaeva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fujimoto scores with a hook to the body. Orysbaeva takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Fujimoto lands a left and a right that send Orysbaeva crashing to the mat, dazed. Fujimoto thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Orysbaeva is rocked!

It looks like Zholdygul Orysbaeva has been cut.
Orysbaeva tries to clinch but Fujimoto is having none of it.
Fujimoto digs a good body shot into Orysbaeva's ribs.
Tatsuki Fujimoto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Orysbaeva looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fujimoto scores with a body shot.
BOOM! Fujimoto lands a beautiful left hook that drops Orysbaeva. Orysbaeva tries to recover but Fujimoto is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Orysbaeva lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
