Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jar Zoma (ranked 4300 p4p, 4745 weight class) and Candice Mizoguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mizoguchi is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by At Last. Candice Mizoguchi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jar Zoma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Candice Mizoguchi!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Zoma as Mizoguchi shoots in.
Zoma misses the shot to the body.
Jar Zoma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zoma throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Mizoguchi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zoma. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Zoma seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Mizoguchi is holding on tight.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Zoma holds on and takes a little breather.
Mizoguchi wants to stand and escape but instead Zoma has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zoma shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mizoguchi eats them both and turns towards Zoma to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
