Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chad Rollins (ranked 5423 p4p, 4136 weight class) and Beef Boss (ranked 0 p4p, 453 weight class). Chad Rollins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chad Rollins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Beef Boss!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rollins takes the fight into the clinch.
Rollins throws an elbow that misses.

Boss's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rollins fails to land the takedown.

Rollins darts in and clinches Boss up against the cage.

Boss breaks the clinch.
Rollins fails with the takedown.
And Boss tries to counter it with a takedown but Rollins pushes his down on his head and steps out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rollins lands with a nice combination. Boss backs away looking to recover.

Rollins drives through and clinches with Boss against the cage.

Rollins fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Boss checks it well.
Rollins goes for a double leg but Boss avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Boss continues to drive forward.

Rollins changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Boss tries to avoid it but Rollins manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Boss to the ground. Boss escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rollins tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Boss tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Boss moves out of range as Rollins throws a body kick.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Boss! But no joy.

A little jabbing left from Boss on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Rollins does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Rollins tries to pull guard but Boss forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Boss's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nice takedown defense from Boss. No joy for Rollins on that attempt.

Boss will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Beef Boss seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Rollins is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Boss still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Boss has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Rollins is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Rollins sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
