Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Omar Bonga (ranked 3171 p4p, 4705 weight class) and Hiyness Da Prince (ranked 473 p4p, 604 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Omar Bonga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hiyness Da Prince!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonga feints and as Da Prince raises his hands in defense, Bonga changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Da Prince is looking to sweep but instead, Bonga has passed into half guard.
Bonga missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Bonga not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Da Prince controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Bonga not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bonga thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Da Prince's head.
Da Prince controlling the position well.

Da Prince tries to get to full guard but Bonga has control of the leg.
Bonga tries to pass the half guard into mount. Da Prince knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Da Prince really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bonga. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Da Prince manages to get to full guard.
Bonga is looking to work some ground and pound but Da Prince has wrist control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bonga throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Da Prince pulls Bonga in close to prevent any damage.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Bonga shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Da Prince napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Da Prince is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Bonga wants to lay and pray for a moment but Da Prince keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Da Prince's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Bonga tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
What's Da Prince going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.
Bonga throws an elbow but Da Prince slips to the side and avoids it well.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bonga working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Da Prince tries to bench press Bonga off him but Bonga keeps the position.

Bonga wants to control but Da Prince is keeping him busy.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Bonga takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Da Prince lands a nice shot to the body.

Da Prince connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bonga's hands.
Bonga tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Da Prince was well out of range. Poor timing from Bonga.
Bonga moves forwards but Da Prince connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Bonga throws a sloppy head kick and Da Prince moves out of range easily.
Bonga keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Da Prince. That snapped Bonga's head back.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Da Prince dips to his left and cracks Bonga with an uppercut!
Da Prince fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Hiyness Da Prince seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bonga throws out a leg kick but Da Prince moves out of range and Bonga only half commits.

Da Prince moves into the clinch.
Bonga throws a head punch that misses.
Da Prince lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Da Prince lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Bonga backwards.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Da Prince lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Da Prince lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Da Prince throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bongas head.
Da Prince lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Bonga backwards.

A short body shot lands from Da Prince as the two fighters clinch.

Da Prince has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Da Prince makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Bonga's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Hiyness Da Prince seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Da Prince breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Da Prince lands with a shot to the body.
Da Prince lands with a good body shot.
Bonga takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Good exchange - Da Prince coming out on top.
Bonga is rocked!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Da Prince breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Da Prince lands with a nice body punch.
Da Prince jabs Bonga to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Bonga walks straight into a right hand from Da Prince - that's dropped him! Da Prince jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Bonga from any more punishment! Bonga complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hiyness Da Prince!
