Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Victor Rojas (ranked 5244 p4p, 5884 weight class) and Stefano Bambino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Victor Rojas !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stefano Bambino!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bambino throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Rojas changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bambino looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bambino takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Rojas sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Bambino is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Bambino gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Bambino gets back to full guard.
Bambino looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rojas stopping the sweep attempt from Bambino.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rojas is working Bambino over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Rojas is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Rojas throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bambino works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Bambino bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rojas 's guard.

Rojas pushes Bambino off and gets back to his feet.

and Rojas counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Bambino!

Bambino sneaks out the side door and pushes Rojas away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bambino tries to close the distance and clinch but Rojas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rojas is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Rojas misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bambino tries to counter with a clinch but Rojas shakes him off and moves away.
Bambino tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rojas swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rojas connects with a single shot there.

Bambino is rocked!
Rojas gets in close and tags Bambino with a short punch that almost sends Bambino to the mat! Oh Bambino is in big trouble! He turns his back on Rojas , trying to create some distance but Rojas rushes him, striking wildly and Bambino goes down! The referee tackles Rojas into the cage to end the fight! Rojas is one violent man!
