Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rupert Helenius (ranked 1641 p4p, 2544 weight class) and Sauli Somelainen (ranked 63 p4p, 101 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Rupert Helenius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 13 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Sauli Somelainen!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Somelainen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Helenius closes the distance and clinches up with Somelainen, looking for a takedown. Helenius pushes Somelainen against the cage but Somelainen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Somelainen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Helenius doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Helenius manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rupert Helenius.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Helenius, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
