The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Somelainen fails in his attempt to clinch.
Somelainen has taken the fight to the clinch.
Somelainen wants to take the fight to the mat but Helenius manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Somelainen goes for a takedown in the clinch but Helenius prevents it.
Somelainen drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Helenius gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rupert Helenius has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sauli Somelainen.
Somelainen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Somelainen lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Somelainen.

Somelainen is looking to control Helenius's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Somelainen avoid being mounted?

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Helenius tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Somelainen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Somelainen's jab looks to have found its range, popping Helenius under the eye.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Helenius gets a clinch.
Somelainen wants a takedown.
Somelainen is working Helenius over against the cage.
Somelainen breaks from the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Sauli Somelainen.
