Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Kelvin (ranked 2790 p4p, 3866 weight class) and Haakon Cabrera (ranked 321 p4p, 393 weight class). Haakon Cabrera has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Andrew Kelvin's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Andrew Kelvin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Haakon Cabrera!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabrera scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Kelvin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Kelvin stuns Cabrera with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Cabrera has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Cabrera thows a leg kick but Kelvin checks it
and Kelvin counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That kick from Cabrera tenderised Kelvin's leg. Kelvin is trying to keep his angry face on.

Cabrera darts in and clinches Kelvin up against the cage.

Haakon Cabrera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kelvin takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Kelvin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kelvin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cabrera to score with a decent uppercut.

Kelvin walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Oh Kelvin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A punch lands to the side of Kelvin 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Cabrera drops Kelvin with a big left hand! Kelvin is injured, injured bad! Cabrera jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Haakon Cabrera!
A very excited looking Haakon Cabrera made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
