The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans misses with a wild combination.
Baines Iv throwing a counter right hand but Evans manages to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Evans. Baines Iv does a little dance to reset his feet.
Baines Iv wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Evans throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Baines Iv tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Evans manages to circle out of the way.
Evans misses with a combination
and Baines Iv counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Rich Evans seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Baines Iv uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Evans has time to react.
Evans takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
