Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seth Mansour (ranked 2270 p4p, 2591 weight class) and Martin Johnston (ranked 260 p4p, 302 weight class). Johnston comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dacw 'Nghariad kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Seth Mansour! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Martin Johnston! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Valeri Chadov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnston throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Mansour makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. A shot to the body from Johnston misses and Mansour counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Martin Johnston has been cut. Johnston misses with a double jab.

enabling Mansour to counter with a crisp jab. Mansour uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Johnston. Mansour cracks a nice hook into Johnston's ribs. Johnston looks winded! Mansour lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Good exchange - Mansour coming out on top. Martin Johnston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mansour drops Johnston with a straight right hand, right on the button! Mansour follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Seth Mansour! Our winner, Seth Mansour, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans. Martin Johnston spoke after the fight, saying 'I just want to apologise to all the boys back home. I let you down. I'll be back, bigger and better I promise you.'.
