Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hong Myung (ranked 4445 p4p, 4053 weight class) and Hands Norseson (ranked 335 p4p, 312 weight class). Myung comes to the cage accompanied by 지금부터 끝까지. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hong Myung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hands Norseson!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myung tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Norseson defends well and Myung ends up having to push Norseson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Norseson fails to land.
Norseson prevents the takedown attempt.
Norseson throws a punch but it's blocked by Myung.
Myung prevents a body shot from Norseson.
Norseson is trying to break the clinch but Myung has him pressed against the cage.

Myung might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Myung feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Myung is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Norseson can't fight it off and eventually Myung manages to take the fight to the floor. Norseson looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Norseson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Norseson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Myung. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Myung drops back looking for a leg! Norseson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Norseson manages to kick Myung off! Myung jumps back into Norseson's guard.

Myung thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Myung connects with a nice short shot to Norseson's temple.

Hong Myung overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Myung is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Myung gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Myung gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Myung apologises and we restart here on the feet.
