Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Weismuller (ranked 4115 p4p, 2450 weight class) and Juha Niska (ranked 0 p4p, 395 weight class). Weismuller comes to the cage accompanied by The Nosebleed Section by Hilltop Hoods. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Juha Niska enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tommy Weismuller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Juha Niska!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Weismuller or perhaps it was just good defense by Niska, which made it look bad.
Weismuller throws a right hand that Niska ducks under and follows up with a left that Niska also avoids with ease.
Niska moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Tommy Weismuller has been cut.
Weismuller shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Weismuller thows a leg kick but Niska checks it
and Niska counters with an inside leg kick.
Weismuller bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

and Niska counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Weismuller thinking.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Weismuller. That's going to take a lot out of him.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Weismuller throws his legs up looking for a submission but Niska uses it to pass to side control.
Niska is staying tight to Weismuller's torso, preventing him from escaping.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Weismuller is trying to drag Niska to the mat but Niska just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Weismuller goes for a takedown attempt but Niska pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Niska misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Weismuller.

Weismuller is trying to control but Niska passes into side control!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Weismuller is wriggling around trying to escape but Niska has hooked up a rear naked choke! Is it over??? Is it... you're damn right it is! Weismuller taps out and Niska picks up the big win! Great work there by Niska!

A very excited looking Juha Niska rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
