Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrea Buticchio (ranked 2518 p4p, 4732 weight class) and Chase Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrea Buticchio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chase Cole! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Buticchio keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Buticchio moves out of range of the body kick from Cole.
Buticchio cracks a nice hook into Cole's ribs. Buticchio works Cole's body with a nice hook. Cole moves forwards but Buticchio connects with a nice, crisp jab. Buticchio lands with a straight right. Cole didn't see that one coming. Cole on the wrong end of a nice jab. Cole shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Buticchio napping and manages to drive through into side control! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cole wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Buticchio, who protects the arm well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Buticchio is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Buticchio wants to improve his position but Cole is controlling well.
Buticchio tries to kick Cole off in order to stand up. Cole Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buticchio is trying to escape the position but Cole is controlling the position. Buticchio is looking to reverse the position. Cole is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Buticchio is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Buticchio tries to buck Cole off but Cole is having none of it. Buticchio trying to remain calm as Cole controls from the top position. Buticchio stops Cole from passing to mount. Cole throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Buticchio is looking for a sweep. Cole is trying to get an arm triangle but Buticchio is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Buticchio wants to get back to his feet. The strikes coming from Cole are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Buticchio is trying to improve his position. Sloppy strikes there by Cole. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Buticchio keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Buticchio does it's job there. Buticchio lunges at Cole with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cole's hand. Cole gets a double leg takedown into Buticchio's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Buticchio has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cole can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Cole slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Cole stands and steps away. Buticchio gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Cole throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Buticchio punishes Cole's body with a nice straight punch. Cole takes a jab right on the kisser.
Buticchio looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cole clinches with his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Buticchio tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Buticchio is trying to pull guard but Cole has him pressed against the cage. Buticchio tries to pull guard but Cole won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrea Buticchio. That's going to take a lot out of him. Buticchio is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Cole to keep the fight standing. Buticchio tries to pull guard but Cole holds him up against the cage and eventually Buticchio drops back down to his feet.
Buticchio is trying to pull guard but Cole turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Cole has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Buticchio clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Buticchio is trying to stand back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Andrea Buticchio will probably get the nod. That's time! Buticchio's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Cole feints and as Buticchio raises his hands in defense, Cole changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Cole pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Buticchio is keeping the position for now. Cole throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Buticchio works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Cole with a flurry of punches that miss. Cole must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Cole controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Buticchio working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cole doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cole manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buticchio had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cole defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cole slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Let's hope that Cole has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Cole really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Buticchio. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Buticchio has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cole can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Andrea Buticchio is winning the standup battle so far. Buticchio gets caught napping as Cole dives in and scores a takedown. Buticchio manages to retain guard. Cole sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buticchio working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cole doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cole manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Cole is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Buticchio is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cole is aware though and is defending well. Buticchio throws his legs up looking for a submission but Cole uses it to pass to side control.
Cole tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cole has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Buticchio tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cole wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Cole decides to take the fight back to the feet. Cole shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cole showed some decent athleticism there. Buticchio tries to kick Cole off but Cole keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Cole with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Chase Cole showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Cole gets the takedown into side control. Cole is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Buticchio's shoulder. That is not cool. Buticchio tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Cole controlling from the full mount. Buticchio is working to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cole goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Buticchio turns into him and now he's in Cole's guard.
Cole has Buticchio pulled in close to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chase Cole has got the better of the ground game so far. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Cole. Buticchio really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Cole is continuing to stall. Cole's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Cole is fighting to maintain full guard but Buticchio has managed to sneak the leg through. Cole preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Cole trying to control here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cole tries to get to full guard but Buticchio has control of the leg. Cole with the active half guard here but Buticchio passes nicely into side control. Cole is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Cole wants to control the action here but instead Buticchio manages to pass to full mount! Cole is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Buticchio tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. Cole keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Cole holds on for dear life. Cole has given up his back here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Buticchio keeps control of the position as Cole tries to break free.
And that's the end of the fight! Andrea Buticchio showed his dominance in that final round. I think Buticchio has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
