Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bjorn Haelfson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haelfson tries to close the distance and clinch but One swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Haelfson has One up against the cage in a clinch.
Haelfson can't get the takedown.
Haelfson is looking to take this one to the mat.
One goes for a takedown in the clinch but Haelfson prevents it.
One drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Haelfson gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Haelfson has hold of one of One's legs. One is fighting the takedown attempt but Haelfson gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Haelfson tries to free his leg and advance position but One is retaining full guard.

One knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Haelfson on the ground.

One is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.

Haelfson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as One is looking to escape.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
One sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Haelfson tries to pass the half guard into mount. One knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
One has hold of Haelfson's hands but Haelfson slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Haelfson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
One is pressing down on Haelfson's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
One is looking to sweep but instead, Haelfson has passed into half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Haelfson is keen to just control but One is a slippery customer.
