Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aleksandr Grishov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wanderlei Hernandes!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grishov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hernandes as he avoids it easily.
Hernandes is looking for the big counter here.

Hernandes is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Grishov is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hernandes knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Hernandes is looking to get back to his feet here but Grishov is keeping cool and he's managed to take Hernandes's back.

Hernandes is covering up but some of the strikes from Grishov are getting through and doing damage.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Grishov is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Hernandes up.

Grishov lands a good shot there. Hernandes covers up! Grishov smells blood and goes for the finish - the referee warns Hernandes to improve his position but he's not intelligently defending himself and the referee has no choice but to step in and end the fight! Grishov jumps to his feet and celebrates the important win with his cornermen!
