Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zoerner darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
James really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

James is in trouble now - Zoerner has advanced to mount!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

It looks like Zoerner might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Zoerner's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
James is trying to escape the mount.

We've been informed that Zoerner has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Let's hope that Zoerner has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Zoerner.
James tries to improve his position but instead Zoerner has taken his back!
Zoerner is riding his opponent, not letting James buck him off.
James is trying to break free.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Yet more stalling tactics from Zoerner.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zoerner is defended easily by James.
James feinted with a counter takedown.

Zoerner feints and as James raises his hands in defense, Zoerner changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

James on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if James tries to get out of the position.

James is looking to improve his position but Zoerner isn't that keen on the idea.
Zoerner controlling the pace for now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Zoerner takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.
Zoerner slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

The adventures of Zoerner the control monster continue. Boring.

Zoerner is working for a rear naked choke. James is not defending it well and Zoerner has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! James refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of James's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
