Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wu Tang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stewie Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Wu Tang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Stewie Griffin! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Griffin shoots in and bounces Tang off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Tang had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Griffin is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tang Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Griffin's back instead. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tang is trying to stick to Griffin's back but Griffin is turning into Tang. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Tang's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Griffin. Tang working a defensive guard here.
Tang wants to sweep but no luck. Tang will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tang wants to control but Griffin passes easily into half guard.
Griffin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tang keeps working. Griffin is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Griffin shoots in and drives through. Tang sprawls well. Tang shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Griffin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Griffin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tang manages to get himself to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Griffin has his takedown stuffed and Tang counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Griffin looks gassed! The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Tang trying to move into half guard but instead Griffin has managed to sweep! Tang is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Tang keeping moving, preventing Griffin from controlling successfully. Tang is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Tang bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Griffin's guard. Tang wants to control from the top but Griffin keeps moving. Tang trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Griffin manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Griffin tries to free his leg and advance position but Tang is retaining full guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Tang holds on and takes a little breather. Tang looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Griffin puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Tang tries to get to full guard but Griffin has control of the leg. Tang landing strikes from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Griffin trying to control the action but Tang is working from the bottom. Tang is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Tang bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Tang trying to control the action but Griffin is working from the bottom. Tang working the ground and pound from side control. Tang looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Griffin is avoiding damage well.
Tang is putting a hurting on Griffin here, landing some big shots from side control. Griffin manages to work his way to half guard, despite Tang's best efforts. Griffin works his way to full guard. Good work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wu Tang dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Tang with a poor takedown and Griffin counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Griffin is figuring out what he wants to do next. Tang tries to roll over but Griffin keeps him under control. Griffin blocks the strikes from Tang.
Tang is looking for a sweep. Griffin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Tang trying to control from the bottom.
Tang is refusing to be controlled, as Griffin sits in half guard. Tang tries to get to full guard but Griffin has control of the leg. Griffin passes the guard and advances to mount! Tang is looking to get to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffin takes Tang's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Tang is in trouble. Griffin doesn't have the hooks in and Tang manages to turn into his guard.
Tang throws and elbow that misses. Griffin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tang's guard. Nice move by Griffin! Tang is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Tang striking off his back but it's not causing Griffin any problems. Tang working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Griffin has passed into half guard!

Tang is looking for a kimura but Griffin is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tang to get the leverage. Griffin wants to improve his position but Tang is controlling well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Tang wants to control but Griffin is keeping him busy. Griffin makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Griffin. Tang throwing strikes but missing. Griffin has control of Tang's left arm, preventing Tang from doing any damage. Tang throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Griffin is trying to control the position but Tang postures up. Tang drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tang jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Tang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stewie Griffin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Griffin shoots and misses and Tang counters with a takedown into side control. Tang cracks Griffin with a big elbow. Tang wants to control but Griffin is keeping him busy. Tang will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Tang creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Griffin sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Tang looks up at the clock and then as Griffin takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Tang smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The strikes coming from Tang are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Tang landing strikes. Sloppy strikes there by Tang. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Tang closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tang lands in his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tang trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Tang working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Griffin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tang gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Griffin wants to stand but Tang is controlling the position. Tang content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Griffin has momentary wrist control but Tang slips an elbow through the middle. Tang is working Griffin over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Tang is working the ground and pound from guard. That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tang postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Griffin wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Tang manages to pass to side control. Tang trying to control the action but Griffin is working from the bottom. Tang is pressing down on Griffin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Griffin is holding on for now. Griffin trying to control but Tang postures up.
Griffin is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Tang scores with a couple of nice shots. Tang wants to pass the guard but Griffin is defending well.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Tang shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tang was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tang looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Griffin in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Tang scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Griffin tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tang with good strikes from the mount here! Tang fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Tang prevents Griffin from getting the reversal. Tang dominating with strikes here. Tang wants to finish this one by submission but Griffin is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Tang.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tang unloading with bombs! Griffin manages to regain half guard. Good work. Griffin wants to control but Tang is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tang is trying to control. Griffin wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Tang with the ground and pound but Griffin uses the opportunity to regain guard. Tang with a nice head shot there. Tang is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Tang trying to control the position from guard on top but Griffin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tang in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
And that's the end of the fight! Wu Tang showed his dominance in that final round. Well Tang has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
