Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rutger Petrov (ranked 2984 p4p, 4123 weight class) and Nathan Leal (ranked 338 p4p, 442 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Nathan Leal was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nathan Leal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Petrov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Petrov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Petrov has hold of Leal's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Leal seems comfortable defending it but Petrov has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Leal is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Leal is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Petrov couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rutger Petrov !
