Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yves SL (ranked 4374 p4p, 4464 weight class) and Zander Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Yves SL! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Zander Woods! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from SL is defended easily by Woods. SL really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. SL gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. SL fails with a takedown attempt. Woods tries to keep at a distance but SL has taken the fight into the clinch. SL goes for a takedown attempt but Woods pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
SL is breathing heavily. Woods goes for a double leg but SL avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as SL continues to drive forward. SL dives in for a single leg takedown but Woods sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and SL wants it to stay on the feet. Yves SL is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Woods with a lazy takedown attempt and SL counters with a lovely straight right hand! SL tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Woods paws at him with a jab and circles away. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Woods drives through and clinches with SL against the cage.
SL is trying to drag Woods to the mat but Woods just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's three minutes gone in the round. SL fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Woods, pushing him back against the cage. SL doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Woods just misses with a elbow thrown towards SL's brow. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Woods. SL pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. SL pushes Woods up against the cage in a clinch. SL stalling in the clinch.
SL changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Woods fights it off and pushes away nicely.
SL is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Woods looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? SL is fending him off so far but Woods persists. Nope, SL circles away and we're back to standing. SL throws a sloppy head kick and Woods moves out of range easily. SL fails with the takedown. Woods fails miserably with a takedown attempt. SL appears to be looking for a big counter. SL shoots in but no luck this time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Woods throws a half hearted mid kick. SL gets tackled into the cage by Woods. Woods maintains the clinch. Woods wants a takedown.
And that's the end of the fight! Yves SL showed his dominance in that final round. I think SL has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
