Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Minatay Mibangon (ranked 24091 p4p, 24038 weight class) and Wala Sapi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 18 - 35 - 8, fighting out of Las Vegas, Minatay Mibangon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 30 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wala Sapi! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Mibangon shoots in for a takedown but Sapi shows good takedown defense. Sapi doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Sapi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mibangon but Mibangon pushes him off and we're back to square one. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Mibangon shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sapi as he avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mibangon shoots in but no luck this time. Sapi follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Minatay Mibangon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mibangon shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Mibangon was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Sapi's face as Mibangon controls the position. I wouldn't like to be where Sapi is right now. Let's hope that Sapi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Mibangon wants to control but Sapi is keeping him busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. You can see the frustration on Sapi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sapi might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mibangon haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Mibangon slows the pace down.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Mibangon gets the takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mibangon is looking to take a break and control but Sapi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sapi being controlled for a moment. Sapi is looking to reverse the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Sapi is still trying to improve position. Sapi struggling a bit here. Mibangon taking a breather here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sapi can't do much from the bottom here.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Minatay Mibangon dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Sapi manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mibangon on his heels. He'll look to pass Mibangon's guard now, I'm sure. Mibangon is controlling Sapi's posture. Sapi throws a big right hand that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapi sitting in guard here, content to control. Mibangon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mibangon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Sapi controlling from the top position. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Mibangon is trying to keep Sapi in close.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Mibangon closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sapi did well to prevent Mibangon getting side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sapi keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Mibangon wants to take a breather but Sapi is having none of it. Sapi manages to get to full guard.
Sapi is controlling Mibangon's posture. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mibangon controlling from the top position. Mibangon is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Sapi can do to turn this around? Sapi is looking for a triangle but Mibangon pushes his legs off easily.
Mibangon stays in close to Sapi's body and controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Mibangon won't allow Sapi to sweep him here.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Sapi shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Mibangon trying to control but Sapi postures up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Wala Sapi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round! Mibangon fails with the takedown. Sapi tries to sprawl but Mibangon drives through with a takedown into half guard. Sapi is looking to get back to is feet but Mibangon passes into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Mibangon performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Sapi wants to control but Mibangon is keeping busy.

And that's the end of the fight! Minatay Mibangon showed his dominance in that final round. I think Mibangon has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
