Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Payne (ranked 3266 p4p, 2820 weight class) and Josue Souza (ranked 384 p4p, 337 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Josue Souza was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza lands a jab to the head.
Payne throws a series of punches but Souza moves out of range.
Payne definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Payne misses with a series of wild punches.
Payne throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Payne tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Payne misses with an uppercut. Souza saw that one coming.
Souza dodges the punch combination from Payne.
Max Payne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Payne tries to free his leg and advance position but Souza is retaining full guard.

Souza has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Payne should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Souza has tightened it up now! Payne should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
