Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Konrad Miljic (ranked 3037 p4p, 3041 weight class) and Joseph Moses (ranked 444 p4p, 447 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Konrad Miljic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joseph Moses! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miljic tries to clinch up but Moses circles away and keeps his distance. Miljic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moses was well out of range. Poor timing from Miljic. Miljic goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Joseph Moses has been cut. A momentary lapse in concentration from Miljic enables Moses to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Miljic manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Moses controls from within his opponent's guard. Moses throws a big right hand that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moses trying to control but Miljic is working from the bottom. Moses not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Miljic will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miljic being controlled here, momentarily. Moses cracks Miljic with a solid left hand. Moses trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moses drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Moses jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Miljic throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Moses is looking to work some ground and pound but Miljic has wrist control.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Miljic throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Moses fails in his attempt to clinch. Miljic slips under a jab from Moses. Moses gets a double leg takedown into Miljic's guard. Miljic wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Moses manages to pass to side control. Miljic trying to hold on to Moses's head to control him but Moses postures up.
Miljic is looking to improve his position.
Miljic is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Moses scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moses wants to control but Miljic is keeping him busy. Moses has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Moses is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Moses passes to side control. Moses scores with punches from side control. Moses remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. You can see the frustration on Miljic's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Moses wants to lay and pray for a moment but Miljic keeps working. Moses advances to full mount. Miljic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moses on the ground. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Moses trying to control but Miljic is having none of it. Miljic really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Moses pushes Miljic up against the cage in a clinch. Miljic drops down looking for an ankle pick but Moses pulls his leg out and moves away.
Moses drives through and clinches with Miljic against the cage.
Moses is trying to pull guard but Miljic turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Moses has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Moses gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Miljic.
Moses is trying to force a seperation but Miljic has the dominant position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miljic drags the fight down to the ground.

Moses slows the pace down in half guard. Miljic is looking to escape. Moses is figuring out what he wants to do next. Moses wants to free his trapped foot but Miljic is holding on for dear life with his legs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Moses is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Moses seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Moses wants to free his trapped foot but Miljic is holding on for dear life with his legs. Moses moves nicely into side control. Miljic wants to control but Moses postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moses in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Miljic is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
