PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jussi Roipe (ranked 2418 p4p, 1369 weight class) and Crazy Legs (ranked 128 p4p, 82 weight class). Legs has chosen Walk - Pantera as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Crazy Legs told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jussi Roipe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Crazy Legs!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roipe throws a body punch but Legs moves out of range.
Legs catches Roipe with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Legs blocks a low kick nicely.
Roipe takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Legs cracks Roipe with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It seemed like Legs was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
