The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Fiachna misses with a takedown attempt - Cardona sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Fiachna shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cardona but Cardona pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Cardona's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Fiachna is holding on here and Cardona must be using up a lot of energy. Fiachna has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Cardona gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
