Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jumpin Jahosafat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bombo Bompaka!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bompaka drops Jahosafat with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jahosafat looks back up at him and smiles so Bompaka waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Jahosafat is rocked!
It looks like Jumpin Jahosafat has been cut.
Jahosafat closes the distance and clinches up with Bompaka, looking for a takedown. Jahosafat pushes Bompaka against the cage but Bompaka circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Oh Jahosafat is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jahosafat circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Bompaka. Jahosafat falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Bompaka!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bombo Bompaka!
