Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Uada Fock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ryan Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fock defends it nicely.
Johnson misses with a few strikes there.
Johnson wants to clinch up but Fock keeps it at a distance.
Fock thuds a left hand into Johnson's body.
Johnson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fock swivels and escapes.
Nice defenses there by Johnson.
Johnson misses with a series of wild punches.
Fock keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Fock throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Fock lands a big right hand that sends Johnson crashing to the mat! Fock stays standing though and waves Johnson back to his feet!
Johnson is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fock is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Johnson flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Johnson is out cold! Fock holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Uada Fock!
