Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Revolver Ocelot (ranked 4099 p4p, 4325 weight class) and Toshi Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 242 weight class). Toshi Takahashi will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Revolver Ocelot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Toshi Takahashi! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takahashi moves in looking to clinch but Ocelot pushes him off. It looked like Ocelot wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Takahashi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A little feinted left hand from Ocelot on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Toshi Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Takahashi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Takahashi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Takahashi throws a body kick despite being completely out of range enabling Ocelot to counter with a crisp jab. Takahashi takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Ocelot really is a fat lump. Takahashi with a poor takedown and Ocelot counters with a stiff right hand. Takahashi shoots in and bounces Ocelot off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Ocelot might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Takahashi postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Takahashi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Takahashi slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takahashi looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Ocelot is avoiding damage well.
Takahashi controls the position from side control. Takahashi looking to control but instead Ocelot has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Ocelot wants to improve his position but Takahashi is controlling well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Takahashi seems to be working for a kimura but Ocelot defends the submission attempt. Takahashi is working for a kimura but Ocelot is defending it quite comfortably.
Still in half guard, Takahashi seems content to control. Takahashi trying to control from half guard but Ocelot is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ocelot is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Takahashi pulls his head out easily. Takahashi misses with a head shot. Ocelot uses the momentum to regain guard. Ocelot keeping moving, preventing Takahashi from controlling successfully. Takahashi postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Takahashi trying to control the position from guard on top but Ocelot is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Takahashi advances position into side control!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Takahashi trying to control the position but Ocelot is working away. Takahashi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Takahashi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Takahashi is looking for a kimura.
